Q. How can I pay for items?
A. The easy option is Paypal, it is the default payment method on our website, and is secure and safe, with paypal, you can also make your payment with a Credit or Debit card. You do NOT need a Paypal Account for this, just follow the instructions after you Checkout

 

 

 

Q. How quickly will i get my order?
A. Your order will normally be shipped the next working day after payment, under some circumstances we may not have an item in stock, in which case you will be contacted to confirm the delivery date and see if you still wish to proceed with your order

 

 

 

Q. How will my items be shipped ?
A. Within the UK your items will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, This service is not guaranteed, but is reliable and fast, the service does require a signature upon delivery, so please ensure the delivery address has someone to sign for items, or that you can make it to your sorting office. Items returned to us for non delivery reasons will be charged for re-delivery.

 

 

 

Q. Is everything on the site in stock?
A. Yes, in most cases everything on the site is available to be sent to you straight away, obviously as with everything, there can be mistakes in the stock levels, and if we dont have something in stock you will be contacted to see if you wish to proceed with your order and wait for the stock. Pre-order items may sometimes appear on the site, these will be noted on the item at the time of purchase

 

 

 

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?
A. Yes ! all of our items can be shiped outside the UK, in most cases the delivery charge will still remain the same, and the item will be sent by an economy service, however on some large items there may be a seperate charge, which will be listed in the item description

 

 

 

Q. Can items be personalised ?
A. In some cases you may wish to have an item personalised. Some of the DVDs can be personalised with a Drivers footage from the event, and in some cases items such as Painting can be done to order. As these wont be done by Rally-Store, there will be a waiting period, this will vary from a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on the item. Details will be in the item listing.
